Self explanatory, as a tester I need to know the people who need to be tested without the need to ask anyone about it.

You can just scroll down to the Legend and click "Registered Users" and there, everyone who is in gray will have to be tested. xD

Still though, when we reach more members, is going to be harder for testers to pinpoint .-. the best is to make a new group and automatically add people to it or something like that.

Make a system. When a Tester is online, they say so here then people who need testing go find them.
