[Suggestion] Monthly Rank Tournaments

Tournaments will be hosted by volunteering staff members.  Until tournaments become an active incentive in the academy, we won't have official Tournament Organizers as of yet.  I will like to bring out the suggestion that tournaments will be held monthly in each rank.  Prizes are those that are listed below:

Experienced Rank 1st Place: 2000 Points, Signature Award for 1st Place, & Free Application for a Staff Position
Experienced Rank 2nd Place: 1000 Points & Signature Award for 2nd Place
Experienced Rank 3rd Place: 500 Points & Signature Award for 3rd Place

Intermediate Rank 1st Place: 2000 Points & Free Test to Rank Up
Intermediate Rank 2nd Place: 1500 Points
Intermediate Rank 3rd Place: 1000 Points

Beginner Rank 1st Place: 1500 Points & Free Test to Rank Up
Beginner Rank 2nd Place: 750 Points
Beginner Rank 3rd Place: 300 Points

This monthly tournament will of course begin after each rank reaches a certain number of people.  I personally want to start it when each rank reaches 15. Any thoughts?

The prizes are subject to change. Such as the free application for staff. It hasn't been approved yet, so there may be a replacement for it. If you guys have any ideas, feel free to post here.
